The Adjustable Frequency Drive with catalog number 25A-D010N104 is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 523 drive. This drive is used to implement basic and advanced motor controls. In addition, this frequency drive is also used for lowering energy consumption and protecting the connected motor as it comes with fully programmable parameters such as motor ramp-up, motor ramp down, acceleration deceleration and a variety of stopping modes that suits different situations.

The 25A-D010N104 features a total of Five (5) Sink / Source inputs composed of One (1) dedicated input for Stop command; Four (4) Fully programmable inputs; One (1) programmable Form C contact outputs; One (1) isolated analog input that is compatible with 0-10VDC and 4-20 mA and One (1) non-isolated analog output that provides 0-10V or 4-20 mA output signals. This drive also supports pulse train inputs that is shared with One (1) of the programmable discrete input. These I/O channels are hardwired to external I/O devices to allow remote operation of the drive.

The 25A-D010N104 is capable of Sinusoidal PWM, Volts/Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control, Economizer SVC motor control methods. It has an output frequency of 0-500 Hz which is fully-programmable as well. Appropriate performance ratings of each control methods are ±1% of base speed across a 60:1 speed range for Volts/Hertz; ±0.5% of base speed across a 100:1 speed range for both Sensorless Vector Control, Economizer SVC motor control methods.

Every module in the PowerFlex 523 series is designed with a USB connection to enable port programming. Additionally, it comes with an integral PID that makes it more flexible and easy to use, where the PointStop motor feature helps the drive to supports maximum user control. The Allen-Bradley 25A-D010N104 PowerFlex 523 AC Drive is both economical and perfect for standalone applications. The drive offers an innovative modular design, allowing quick and streamlined installation. The 25A-D010N104 has an operating temperature of 70 degrees Celsius (158 degrees Fahrenheit). This drive has numerous features that allow it to support low-cost networking via an integrated RS485/DSI port.
