The Allen-Bradley 25A-E3P0N104 is a PowerFlex 523 Adjustable Frequency AC drive. This is an electronic device with programmable parameters for customization of the drive’s operation. As part of the PowerFlex 523 product family, it is capable of implementing Speed or Torque control using a variety of control methods such as Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Volts/Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control, and Economizer SVC motor control methods. This drive is not limited to modulation of Speed and Torque. It may also implement motor protective starting or stopping modes or more commonly known as soft-starting functions. This functions include a programmable acceleration and deceleration settings, ramp-up and ramp-down parameters. Commonly termed as Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) or Variable Speed Drive (VSD), the 25A-E3P0N104 input voltage requirement is 525-600 VAC with tolerance of -15% / +10%; 3-phase and frequency range of 47-63 Hz. It delivers 3.0 Amperes output current and output power of 2.0 Hp or 1.5 kW for normal and heavy-duty operation. It also has an output voltage 0-575 VAC, 3-phase and programmable output frequency of 0-500 Hz. This drive also comes with electronic motor overload protection which is a class 10 motor overload protection according to NEC article 430; Overcurrent trip rating of 200% hardware limit and 300% instantaneous fault; ground fault trip of Phase-to-ground on drive output and short circuit trip of Phase-to-phase on drive output. It also has Bus overvoltage trip of 1005V DC bus (equivalent to 711V AC incoming line) and Bus undervoltage trip 487V DC bus (equivalent to 344V AC incoming line) when parameter 3 is set @ 600 V and 390V DC bus (equivalent to 275V AC incoming line) when parameter3 is set @ 480 VAC.

The Allen-Bradley 25A-E3P0N104 is part of the PowerFlex 523 series of drives, featuring high-capacity and unique features. This model is a quality AC drive, with three operational phases for maximum efficiency in different work conditions, 600V AC of voltage which can prove dangerous under certain circumstances and 3 A of output. First-time users are recommended to consult the user manual in order to avoid malfunctions, defective operation, or damage during installation. At the same time, adequate safety measures must be taken during the first installation since the device operates at a high voltage and can prove highly dangerous when used inappropriately. The 25A-E3P0N104 PowerFlex 520-Series AC Drive is adaptable and can suit any frameworks from independent machines up to complementary framework joints. The Allen-Bradley 25A-E3P0N104 Drive provides control for applications going up to 30 HP and 22 kW. The PowerFlex 523 Drive also gives the best adaptability and execution going up to 30 HP and 22 kW. By consolidating an assortment of engine control alternatives, correspondences, energy reserve funds, and standard security measures in one cost-viable drive, the PowerFlex 520-Series Drive is appropriate for a wide range of utilization. Users can expand framework execution and efficiency by exploiting the accompanying key highlights offered in a PowerFlex 520-Series Drive. with the option for simultaneous installation and configuration for each module. In addition, users benefit from optimized performance thanks to a removable MOV, a relay precharge, and a dual overload rating. Advanced features of this model include sensorless vector control, closed-loop vector control, closed loop feedback, and I/O wiring. All these make the 25A-E3P0N104 Drive a serious competitor and a durable model for a variety of factories and industries.
