The Allen-Bradley 25B-E6P6N104 is a member of the PowerFlex 525 series of AC-powered compact, low-voltage drives. This drive operates on 600V AC voltage and has an output current of 6.6 Amperes. It features an innovative modular design that helps in supporting easy and fast installation and configuration. It also helps to lower spare parts inventory. The 25B-E6P6N104 operates at temperatures as high as 70°C, and this makes it ideal for applications such as pumps, mixers, conveyors, and fans. This facilitates a faster start-up after a demand when the system is safe. The 25B-E6P6N104 features built-in safety features that help in protecting personnel and assets. The 25B-E6P6N104 features a built-in DSI port that does support multi-drive networking. This leads to the ability to connect up to five PowerFlex AC drives on one node. The Allen-Bradley 25B-E6P6N104 provides a variety of motor control and flexible mounting options. It also gives embedded Ethernet communications, including USB programming. It offers a compact package that is relative to its power range and it offers zero staking mounting with a 50mm airflow gap. The 25B-E6P6N104 provides a permanent magnet motor which facilitates energy-related costs and improves efficiency. This drive is designed in a way that it maximizes the user’s productivity in both machine use and design.

The 25B-E6P6N104 is a PowerFlex 525 adjustable Frequency AC drive. This drive is designed for use in a wide variety of industrial applications. It is interfaced with AC motors for implementing speed or torque control. This drive is capable of a variety of control methods such as Volts/Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control, and Permanent Magnet Motor Control, as well as Position control by implementing specific control options including PointStop technology for positioning control, used to stop motor load in a consistent position without the need of an encoder providing feedback position; it also comes with closed loop feedback with an optional encoder card and point-to-point positioning mode.

The 25B-E6P6N104 delivers an output voltage of 0-575 Volts AC, 3-Phase, along an output current of 6.6 Amperes and output power of 5.0 Horsepower or 3.7 Kilowatts for both for normal and heavy-duty operation. It also has an output frequency of 0-500 Hertz which is fully programmable. It has a Bus Overvoltage trip 1005 Volts DC bus which is equivalent to 711 Volts AC incoming line. Similarly, the Bus undervoltage trip of the drive is 87 Volts DC bus which is equivalent to 344 Volts AC incoming line while the motor overload protection is Class 10 protection, 150% for 60 seconds and 200% for 3 seconds. The drive’s Overcurrent rating is 200% hardware limit and 300% instantaneous fault, Ground fault trip of Phase-to-ground on drive output and short circuit trip of Phase-to-phase on drive output. To operate the drive, it must be supplied with an input supply voltage range of 446 - 660 Volts AC, 3-phase.
