The Allen-Bradley 25B-E9P9N104 PowerFlex 525 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive provides microprocessor control for industrial motors in applications with simple system integration. It has a modular design which ensures fast and easy configuration, with built-in Ethernet/IP connectivity and a safety feature which provides personnel and asset protection, and it provides easy programming, through a standard multi-language LCD HMI, the Connected Components Workbench Software, and the optional Studio 5000 Logix Designer software. The 25B-E9P9N104 has a 3-phase line input voltage of 600 Volts AC, with a 9.9 Amps output current and a 7.5 Horsepower drive power rating at 3-phase 525 to 600 Volts AC input. It has an input voltage tolerance range of -15% to +10% at 47 to 63 Hertz line input frequency range, and its displacement power factor is 0.98 across the entire speed range. The 25B-E9P9N104 offers 4 programmable and independent accel/decal times, programmed from 0 to 600 seconds in 0.01-second increments, and it offers multiple programmable stop modes including the ramp, coast, DC-brake, and ramp-to-stop mode. It has 7 (1 dedicated, 6 programmable) digital inputs with sink/source 24 Volts DC control, selectable via a DIP switch, and it has 2 isolated 10-bit 0 to 10 Volts DC or 4 to 20mA analog inputs. The 25B-E9P9N104 also has 2 programmable (1 Form A and 1 Form B) relay outputs, with 2 programmable opto output, and 1 isolated 0 to 10 Volts DC or 4 to 20mA analog output. It has a standard LCD HMI module with scrolling text description, and it comes with an integral Ethernet/IP communication port.
