The 25C-A8P0N114 PowerFlex 527 Variable Frequency Drive by Allen-Bradley is an 8A, 1.5KW, adjustable drive with a built-in EtherNet/IP and safety protocol dual network port, with dynamic braking and a line filter. It is built for any Allen-Bradley Logix Programmable Automation Controller. The drive is designed to have a BUS under-voltage and over-voltage trip of 190V DC and 405V DC, respectively, with a voltage tolerance of -15-10%, at 47-63Hz, and it has a Logic control and power ride thru time of 0.5s and 100ms, respectively. The 25C-A8P0N114 provides a 200% hardware limit, and a 300% instantaneous fault over-current control, and it has Class 10 motor overload protection. The drive has a 0.98 power factor across every speed range, and it utilizes an IGBT (Isolated Gate Bipolar Transistor). The 25C-A8P0N114 provides a short-circuit protection with fault limit of 100,000A, and it offers a phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground, short-circuit and ground fault trip. The drive has a selectable carrier frequency of 2-8 KHz, and it can provide frequency control with the Basic Volts/Hertz, the Sensorless Vector Control, and the Sensorless Vector Control Economizer, which a frequency accuracy of ±0.05% of the configured output frequency. The 25C-A8P0N114 also provides positioning and velocity control via the Closed Loop Position Vector Control, and the Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control with ±0.1% performance speed across a 100:1 speed range. It has an output voltage range between 0 and the rated motor voltage, at a programmable output frequency of 0-590Hz, and it has an output control efficiency of 97.5%. The drive offers multiple stop modes, and it has an intermittent overload protection of 150% overload for about 60s, and 180% for up to 3s. The 25C-A8P0N114 has 2 isolated, 10-bit, ±10V and 4-20mA Analog inputs, with 4 programmable, 6mA, digital inputs with Source and Sink modes, selectable via a DIP switch. It also has optically isolated and reverse voltage protected safety inputs with <10mA input current and a SELV/PELV power supply. The 25C-A8P0N114 has 2 programmable control relay outputs, and a 10-bit, non-isolated, 0-10V or 4-20mA Analog output. It has incremental and dual channel Encoders with 90o, ±27o Quadrature, at 25 oC, and can allow 5V, 12V, and 24V DC at 250mA.
