The 25C-B5P0N104 drive is a PowerFlex 527 series AC drive from Allen-Bradley. PowerFlex 527 series AC drives are designed for use with Logix PACs (Programmable Action Controllers). This series of drives includes an integrated dual-port for Ethernet communication and they can offer output power ratings of up to 30 Horsepower. Typical drive applications include pump, outfeed conveyors and fans that are required speed control for induction motors. The 25C-B5P0N104 drive is designed for 3-phase input at 240 Volts AC. The output current rating of the drive is 5 Amps, and the output power ratings are 1 Horsepower (0.75 kilowatts) in both the normal duty mode and heavy-duty mode. The drive can also operate with single-phase input. However, in this case, the single-phase input causes a 35% reduction of the output ratings on the drive. The bus overvoltage and undervoltage trip thresholds are 405 Volts DC and 190 Volts DC, respectively. The carrier frequency can vary from 2 to 8 kilohertz. Multiple stop modes are also supported, including the ramped deceleration and disable stop mode, the current deceleration stop mode, and the disable and coast stop mode. The drive comes with a standard interface module and standard braking but without an EMC filter.
