The Allen-Bradley 25C-D013N114 is an adjustable frequency PowerFlex 527 AC drive exclusively used with the Allen-Bradley Logix controllers and for machine applications that require speed control for induction motors. It comes with a 5-digit, 16-segment LCD with a human interface module that can support multiple languages and that features a descriptive QuickView scrolling text, and an integral keypad. The removable terminal blocks are present on this drive to aid in installation and its Zero Stacking feature allows you to stack drives side by side horizontally or vertically. The dual port Ethernet/IP of this drive has a Device Level Ring (DLR) function and it can support multiple network topologies. It also has safety features and its built-in Safe Torque Off can either be a hardwired safety or integrated safety using an Ethernet/IP network. The available motor control options on this drive are the sensorless vector control, the volts per Hertz, and the closed-loop velocity vector control. The I/O wirings present on the 25C-D013N114 drive are 2 analog inputs consisting of 1 voltage analog input and 1 current analog input, 4 digital inputs, 2 opto outputs, 2 relay outputs, and 1 analog output.
This drive has an input voltage range of 323-528 volts, an output current of 13 A, and a total Watts loss of 175 HP. The output ratings of this drive at normal duty and heavy-duty applications are the same, specifically 7.5 HP and 5.5 kW. This C frame size drive has an IP20, open-type enclosure rating and an ambient operating temperature of -20-50 oC.
