The 3-phase, panel mounting Allen-Bradley 25C-D030N104 AC Drive utilizes the cutting-edge technology of the PowerFlex 520-Series of AC drives, manufactured by Rockwell Automation. Its innovative design can accommodate standalone machines for simple system integration. You can use it for efficient control of applications with its power output of up to 22 kW or 30 HP. The machine applications it is good for include fans, pumps, in-feed, and out-feed conveyors, and so on. These types of applications need efficient speed control mechanism for the induction motors.

Designed to provide maximum flexibility and performance, the 25C-D030N104 AC Drive system comes with a great variety of options for motor control and communication. The options for motor control include an SVC (Sensorless Vector Control) and an SVC Economizer. For positioning control, it brings the PointStop functionality which can stop the motor load in constant position even in the absence of encoder feedback.

This energy-efficient model is packed with standard safety features. You will also find it to be one of the most cost-effective motor control systems that maximize the productivity of the machines. DIN rail mounting makes the installation quick and easy. The drive also has the option of panel mounting. The 25C-D030N104 AC Drive has been designed for use with a Logix PAC (Programmable Automation Controller). It features a dual EtherNet port and safety over the network. You can connect it and operate it with Studio 5000 Logix Designer application as well as with GuardLogix, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix controllers. The Logix integration allows the machine to deliver an advanced level of motor coordination. The drive does not have an EMC filter.
