The Allen-Bradley 25C-D017N114 PowerFlex 527 adjustable frequency AC drive. This drive features an input voltage range of 380-480VAC, 3-phase and delivers output voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, with rated Current of 37.0 A and Power of 18.5 kW (25.0 HP) for normal duty and 15.0 kW (20.0 HP) for heavy-duty operation. It has an integral Dual Ethernet communication interface that support Linear, Star and Ring topologies. It is capable of Volts / Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), SVC Economizer, Closed Loop Position Vector Control and Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control.

The Allen-Bradley 25C-D037N114 adjustable frequency AC drive is a compact, efficient drive that is used for implementing motor control. Adjustable Frequency AC drives or Frequency Inverters as called by others, implements speed control using a specific control method. The 25C-D037N114 is capable of Volts / Hertz (V/F), Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) and Economizer Sensorless Vector Control. These control methods varies frequency to modulate the connected AC motor’s speed. This drive is also capable of position and vector control using the integral support for Closed Loop Position Vector Control method coupled with an option encoder feedback module.

The 25C-D037N114 has embedded I/O terminals that is composed of Four (4) Programmable sink / source inputs; Two (2) Relay outputs composed of One (1) Form A and One (1) Form B contact outputs; Two (2) Programmable Opto-coupler outputs; Two (2) isolated analog input channels compatible with ±10V and 4-20 mA and One (1) non-isolated analog outputs that delivers 0-10V or 4-20 mA. The analog input and output resolutions is 10-bit. External potentiometer may also be installed to locally vary the output frequency of the drive. Appropriate potentiometer is 1-10k ohm, 2 W min.
