The 25C-D6P0N104 is a PowerFlex 527 adjustable frequency AC drive that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This drive is a motor control device, specifically intended for speed control applications. It may be used in a wide variety of applications in different industries. It has an input voltage rating of 380-480VAC, 3-phase and provided output voltage of 0-460VAC, 3-Phase, with rated Current of 6.0 A and Power of 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) for both normal and heavy-duty operation.

The 25C-D6P0N104 is compatible for integration with ControlLogix 1756-L7x, GuardLogix1756-L7xS, and CompactLogix 5370 Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). Via premiere integration method, parameters of the 25C-D6P0N104 can be directly modified using the embedded instructions within the Studio 5000 Logix Designer. This integration enables the drive to receive a configuration that changes dynamically depending on the state of the PAC’s user program. This maximizes the operational flexibility of the equipment as parameterization does not need to executed physically and repeatedly.

The 25C-D6P0N104 has integrated safety feature via the Safe Torque-Off (STO) capability. This feature is SIL 3 / PLe Cat 3 rated. It also has embedded Dual Ethernet I/P interface for communication and integration, supporting linear, Star and Ring topologies. As standard to all PowerFlex 527 drives, this drive supports zero stacking installation. Additionally, being a Frame A drive, it supports DIN rail mounting aside from direct panel mounting. A dynamic braking resistor is also installed to this drive providing the braking component. It also has a Removable Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) that enable this to be installed in ungrounded distribution systems.

The 25C-D6P0N104’s output rating is 2.2kW (3HP) and 6A at 380-460V AC operating voltage and it offers BUS over voltage and under voltage trips at 810V DC and 390V DC. It also offers over-current protection with Class 10 Motor Overload Protection and it offers users a ride thru time of 100ms and 0.5ms (Power and Logic) and a maximum short-circuit rating of 100,000A. It has 15% / +10% voltage tolerance range with a displacement factor of 0.98 across entire speed range and a DC BUS choke range of 15-18.5 kW (20-25 HP). The 25C-D6P0N104 provides main control via the V/Hz Control, Sensorless Vector Control, and the Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control, with a carrier frequency range 2-8 kHz, drive rating based on 4 kHz. It supports Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control (with an optional encoder card) with a drive performance of ±1% of the base speed across a 60:1 speed range.

The 25C-D6P0N104’s output voltage range is 0V to the rated motor voltage, and its output frequency range is 0-500Hz, and its drive efficiency is 97.5%. The drive has programmable digital input control with Source or Sink modes that are selectable by a DIP switch, and it has 2 isolated, ±10V and 4-20mA, 10-bit Analog inputs with 100 K Ohms and 250 Ohms of input impedance. It has a SELV/PELV supply safety input with <10mA input current and an input ON-state voltage range of 18-26.4V DC. The drive has 2 programmable Form A and 1 programmable Form B Relay outputs with 3A resistive and 0.5A inductive ratings at 30V DC, 125V AC, and 240V AC. The drive comes with the optional incremental, dual channel encoder cards with 5V, 12V, and 250mA supply ratings and a duty cycles of 50%, and +10%. The 25C-D6P0N104 comes with a built-in dual-port EtherNet/IP port for network connectivity, and it has a multi-language fixed keypad with an LCD control interface screen, and it supports the MainsFree programming via a USB cable. The drive has functional temperature limits of -4-122 oF, at a non-condensing relative humidity range of 5-95%,and is built for storage at a temperature between -40 and 185 oF. The drive weighs approximately 1.1Kg (2.4lb), with 152mm x 72mm x 172mm (5.98in x 2.98in x 6.77in), and is ATEX, c-UL, UL, CE, KCC, and RCM-certified.
