The 25C-E012N104 is an AC Drive, manufactured by Rockwell Automation. It belongs to the PowerFlex 527 series of adjustable frequency drives. The 25C-E012N104 requires a 3-phase input voltage of 600 Volts AC and can provide an output current of 12 A. The 25C-E012N104 has a frame “C” type together with an open type enclosure (NEMA IP20). The 25C-E012N104 is also manufactured with a standard interface module with no EMC filter. It has a standard braking system. During the mounting procedures of the 25C-E012N104, this drive should be put on a flat and level surface. Since it is a Frame “C” type, it would need a screw size of 10 to 24 and a screw torque of 1.56 N-m to 1.96 N-m. With an open enclosure, it is the duty of the user to protect the 25C-E012N104 from a corrosive atmosphere and moisture or even direct sunlight. The 25C-E012N104 can tolerate a maximum temperature of 50 degrees Celsius without a control model fan kit and a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius with a Control module fan kit.

It can also be used without derating at a maximum altitude of 1000 meters. The 25C-E012N104 can also tolerate storage temperatures of between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius. Like others in the PowerFlex 527 series, the 25C-E012N104 would require input fuses or an input circuit breaker since it does not provide short branch circuit protection. In doing this, recommended fuses and circuit breakers should be used. The 25C-E012N104 also has a Safe Torque-Off feature, which is characteristic of the PowerFlex 527 series; this method of forced power-transistor control is highly efficient.
