The Allen-Bradley 25C-E019N104 is a three-phase PowerFlex 527 AC drive with a 600V AC voltage rating and 19 A output current at 525 to 600V input. This Frame D drive comes with the same HP and kW at both normal duty and heavy duty, and these rates are 15 HP and 11 kW. It has a NEMA open-type, IP20 enclosure rating and it is equipped with a standard interface module and a standard brake, but it does not have an EMC filter installed. Note that users can mount this drive using a DIN rail or panel mount.

Only compatible with the Allen-Bradley Logix Programmable Automation Controller (PAC), the 25C-E019N104 drive is equipped with a human interface module (HIM) that has an LCD that can display up to 5 digits and 16 segments and that supports scrolling text and an integral keypad input. I/O wirings available for this drive include 1 current input, 1 voltage input, 4 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 1 analog output (jumper selectable), 2 opto outputs, and 2 relay outputs. This drive also has a Device Level Ring (DLR) function and comes with an Ethernet/IP dual port, which also supports multiple network topologies. The USB port present on the 25C-E019N104 drive is capable of MainsFree programming, which lets users directly upload, download, and flash various settings of the drive by connecting the drive’s control module to a PC by using a USB cable. The motor controls on the 25C-E019N104 drive are the closed loop velocity vector control, the volts per Hertz control, and the sensorless vector control. It is suitable for applications that need speed control for induction motors, including in-feed and out-feed conveyors, pumps, and fans.
