The Allen-Bradley 25C-E032N104 drive is a PowerFlex 527 series adjustable frequency drive. It can generate up to 30 Horsepower of output power during operation in normal duty applications. The 25C-E032N104 adjustable frequency drive is designed to operate with 3-phase AC input voltage. Its input voltage range is between 525 and 600 Volts AC and its output voltage range is between 0 and 575 Volts AC. The 25C-E032N104 adjustable frequency drive has an IP 20 rated enclosure that can protect it from small amounts of dust but which is not waterproof.

The 25C-E032N104 features a voltage class of 600 Volts AC, with an output current feature of 32 Amps and 30 Horsepower. This provides a relatively impressive compatibility profile, ensuring that the drive will be compatible with the majority of motors that may have already been pre-installed within the facility where the drive is installed. The device also features a three-phase power option to ensure the device has a better control over output power settings and to reduce the potential risks involved with the overall operations and featured provided by this particular drive.

An IP20 NEMA Open enclosure is installed in the 25C-E032N104 PowerFlex 527 Drive. It should be noted, however, that this device does not provide effective protection against hazards in outside installation environments, which makes the drive only appropriate for indoor installation settings. This communication port makes it easy and convenient to upload configuration files to the drive in order to provide adequate support for the facility’s automation settings, as well as to ensure adequate power can be delivered to the attached motor without required constant manual input in order to adjust the on/off switching of the device.
