The 25C-E0P9N104 drive is an AC-powered adjustable frequency drive that is used to control motors. It has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the PowerFlex 527 series. The 25C-E0P9N104 adjustable frequency drive can operate at a minimum ambient temperature of -4 degrees Fahrenheit and at a maximum temperature of either 113 degrees Fahrenheit or 122 degrees Fahrenheit depending on its mounting position. The 25C-E0P9N104 is a powerful variable frequency drive that belongs to the PowerFlex 527 series built by Allen-Bradley. This is one of the best 240V AC, 3HP variable frequency drives on the market. It comes with a built-in EtherNet/IP and a dual safety network port that is specifically designed for use with other programmable automation controllers. The 25C-E0P9N104 is designed to use a single-phase output voltage range of 200-240V AC, with an 11A output current, and a total horsepower rating of 3HP. The drive provides a BUS overvoltage trip rating of 405V DC and a BUS Undervoltage trip rating of 190V DC. It also has a 100ms maximum power ride-through time.

The 25C-E0P9N104 is specially designed to function solely with Logix Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs), and this lets the drive leverage the controller’s capabilities and it uses the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software to simplify the machine’s development and use. This rationalized methodology utilizes a motion instruction that is shared by all PowerFlex 527 AC drives and by all Kinetix servo drives, which offer similar user experience for the configuration, programming, and control of drives. Additionally, the 25C-E0P9N104 offers a 100000A maximum short-circuit fault limit, and it also provides Class 10 motor overload protection. The 25C-E0P9N104 frequency drive comes with basic volts/Hertz, and sensorless vector control with an economizer function. The drive also offers position loop with a closed loop position vector and velocity loop.

The 25C-E0P9N104 drive comes with a carrier frequency range between 2 and 8 kHz, with 4 kHz as its default frequency value, and its frequency control has an accuracy rating of ±0.05%. The 25C-A011N104 offers an output voltage that ranges from 0-240V AC, at 0-90Hz, and it comes with an overall proficiency of 98%. The 25C-E0P9N104 frequency drive has 4 programmable 6mA digital outputs. This makes it easier for it to switch from Source (SRC) mode at 18-24V = ON/0-6V = OFF, to Sink (SNK) mode at 0-6V = ON/18-24V = OFF mode with its special DIP switch. There is no EMC filter.
