The Allen-Bradley 25C-E3P0N104 drive has been designed for industrial environments. It features an IP20 NEMA (Open) enclosure type with a Compact A-Sized frame. It is a member of the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 527 series of drives. This drive operates on 600V AC. It also has a three-phase count to produce 2 horsepower. This drive has an EtherNet IP (Dual Port) communication system and it provides an output current of 3 A. This drive has no EMC filtering option because it has been made for industrial use and for use on factory floors. The 25C-E3P0N104 drive is perfect for managing the simple speed regulation of induction motors.
The 25C-E3P0N104 drive requires little manual reconfiguration and it works only with Logix PACs. It has also been equipped with a dual-port EtherNet/IP communication port. This drive has a built-in safe torque-off support and can, therefore, work with integrated safety features. The safe torque-off support helps to address safety concerns through removing rational power from the motor. It does this without powering down the drive especially when a safety circuit is triggered. This helps in offering quick start-up benefit after a safety demand system. It also helps to reduce wear from repetitive start-up. This drive also offers hardwired safety that will help in protecting the user’s personal assets. Built-in safety features also help in saving on installation space and reducing wiring.
This drive also provides the user with the flexibility that will help in the selection of the best way to implement a safety solution for an application. The 25C-E3P0N104 drive also offers an integrated safety function that is controller-based. This controller function has been configured with the Studio 5000 Logix Designer software for the provision of a safe torque-off function. This drive uses Ethernet/IP for the communication of safety information and it does not need safety wiring which is discrete to the drive.
