he 20DD261A3EYNNCAUE is a 3-phase PowerFlex 700S Series Adjustable Frequency AC drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It comes with a Full Numeric LCD Human-Machine Interface and it has a rating of 480 Volts AC, 261 Amps of current, and 200 Horsepower of output power. It has an IGBT brake and it is suitable for providing speed and braking control for industrial motors in different industrial and field environments. The 20DD261A3EYNNCAUE drive features DPI and ControlNet (Coax) Comm Slots for programming the drive parameters from a PC. It also features a non-volatile EEPROM and resolver feedback module as well as a fault alarm. A multi-color light emitting diode (LED) serves as the operating status indicator of the 20DD261A3EYNNCAUE PowerFlex drive and another LED indicates the state of the drive's Synchlink. The LCD displays the operation parameters and it quickly reports fault conditions by displaying the fault number, fault name, and the duration of time since the fault began and affected the drive’s operation.
The drive offers easy ways of clearing resettable faults right through the onboard keypad. The 20DD261A3EYNNCAUE drive offers a motor overload trip, overheat trip, and a motor stall trip protection to ensure safe operation. It also features an adjustable Bus under-voltage trip, phase-to-ground trip on drive output, 570 Volts AC over-voltage trip, and an overcurrent trip. Depending on the system requirements, a Dual Element Time Delay fuse, Non-Time Delay fuse, Bussman Style Semi-Conductor fuse, or a circuit breaker can be used on the input of the 20DD261A3EYNNCAUE PowerFlex drive and a motor circuit protector can be integrated into the circuit. Incorrectly installed components of this drive may reduce its lifespan so it is recommended that all the devices be properly installed before powering up the drive.
