The Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700S AC drives are designed specially to provide optimal performance and drive control with cutting-edge features as well as more built-in diagnostics that are made for handling the most demanding industrial drive applications.

This drive features a SynchLink option for data transmission and a high-speed fiber-optic link for drive-to-drive synchronization. There are also optional communication modules like ControlNet, serial, and Ethernet network modules that can be connected. The drive can also handle multiple feedback options like a high-resolution encoder, an incremental encoder, and a resolver and it has temposonics interfaces engineered for feedback devices. There are different motor control algorithms which are supported by the PowerFlex 700S Drives, such as the flux vector control.
