The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE adjustable frequency AC drive is an AC drive from the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700S high-performance AC drive series. This drive family offers a high-performance drive control solution for the most demanding applications. These drives feature advanced control functions as well as built-in diagnostics to provide a highly functional, cost-effective, and programmable machine control solution. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive features multiple high-performance motor control methods, which include the flux vector control embedded with the Allen-Bradley patented Force Technology for both sensorless and sensor motor control applications, the brushless permanent magnet motor control, and the standard and customizable Volts per Hertz control. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive has an integral incremental type of encoder for precise, accurate, and absolute speed and position control. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive features the PowerFlex 700S Phase II Control in addition to the standard control options. It also features an innovative bookshelf design that allows for “Zero Stacking” or the side-by-side mounting of drives without clearances between them, thereby saving panel space and reducing operation cost.

The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE PowerFlex 700S drive has a pull-apart control terminal block design that allows for easy field wiring. It comes with factory-installed noise reduction components on both the outputs and inputs. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive offers built-in diagnostics and protective features such as the “programmable current limit” that provides more accurate and repeated current regulation than traditional analog regulators, the “enhanced DC Bus regulation”, the ground fault protection, the short-circuit protection, and the line transient protection. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive has an input voltage rating of 650 Volts DC and an output power rating of 500 Horsepower. It has a continuous output current of 650 Amps and an input current rating of 733 Amps. The 20DJ650N3ENNBDANE drive produces a PWM adjustable output frequency for speed control and it has an output voltage adjustable from 0 to the rated motor voltage.
