The Allen-Bradley 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive is a high-performance drive from the PowerFlex 700S drive family. The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive is rated for 810 Volts DC  of DC input voltage with 469 Amps of input current rating and an output current rating of 416 Amps. It also has a normal duty output power rating of 450 Horsepower and an overload power rating of 150% of the standard drive rating. The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive’s factory-installed options include an expanded cassette design, a Safe-Torque Off (DriveGuard) functionality for safe-off control, a second incremental encoder for precise positioning and speed feedback, a Logix expansion port for enhanced Logix control, a DPI ControlNet communication slot for enhanced control, configuration, and programming over the ControlNet network, and an integral EMC line filter for noise reduction. The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive does not have a factory-installed transistor chopper and resistor circuit for dynamic braking.

The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive features multiple high-performance motor control algorithms such as the Field Oriented Control (FOC), vector control with patented Allen-Bradley Force Technology for high-speed control of sensor and sensorless induction motors, the permanent magnet motor control, and the standard Volts per Hertz control. The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive offers MOVs on its inputs and outputs (line-to-line and line-to-ground) for robust transient protection at up to 6000 Volts and short-circuit protection at up to 200,000 Amps. The 20DK416N0NNNBCASE AC Drive also offers a digital current limit and enhanced voltage regulation for maximum performance.
