The 20DR156A0ENNANANE drive is an adjustable AC frequency drive that has been included in the PowerFlex 700S series by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This drive includes different functions that enable it to operate in different applications in the machine control industry. This drive operates with a voltage rating of 650 Volts DC and a normal duty output power rating of 156 Amps and 125 Horsepower. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 20DR156A0ENNANANE adjustable AC frequency drive comes with an IP 20 enclosure, which is equivalent to the NEMA Type 1 enclosure. This enclosure provides protection against solid particles and it protects the sensitive internal parts of the drive from external contact. This enclosure can be converted into an open enclosure by removing an adhesive label located on the front part of the drive. This is useful when increasing the temperature rating of the drive during operations, which can change from 40 degrees Celsius maximum (enclosed) to 50 degrees Celsius maximum (open enclosure) without derating.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 20DR156A0ENNANANE adjustable AC frequency drive comes with a blank cover, which means the driver does not include a human-machine interface. An interface can be attached to the drive if one is required to fulfill the needs and requirements of a specific application. The drive does not include a CE filter or a CM choke. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 20DR156A0ENNANANE adjustable AC frequency drive comes with a quick start guide but it does not include a brake resistor. This drive comes with a feedback feature that consists of a resolver device. When installing the drive, it is recommended to include a circuit of protective equipment such as circuit breakers or fuses that will be used to protect the branch circuit parts of the main drive and increase the safety of operations.
