The 20G21FD052JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series drive is a 6-pulse motor control drive that features TotalFORCE technology. It is designed by Allen-Bradley to deliver high-performance motor control, simplified maintenance, adaptive control, and support for multiple motor types. The drive supports a wide variety of features and functionalities including DeviceLogix control technology, a T-Link option card, I/O option cards, CIP security, TorqProve, and safe torque-off options. The 20G21FD052JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series drive also comes with 2 Gigabit EtherNet/IP ports built into it as standard communication features. It comes with flange mounting options to support cabinet installation. It has an enclosed protective chassis with the front section being IP 20 rated and the back/heatsink section being IP 66 rated. The rear section of the drive’s enclosure provides a high level of protection against water and complete protection from dust, making it ideal for use outdoors.

The Allen-Bradley 20G21FD052JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series motor control drive can support 40 Horsepower of output power in a normal-duty application or 30 Horsepower of output power in a heavy-duty application. The drive generates a continuous current rating of 52 Amps in the normal duty mode and 40 Amps in the heavy-duty mode. The 20G21FD052JA drive supports an intermittent overload current limit of 150 percent of the rated current for 3 seconds while operating in the normal duty mode. Similarly, in the heavy-duty mode, it supports up to 180% of the rated current for 3 seconds. The manufacturer recommends an AC line input fuse with a maximum current rating of 100 Amps and a circuit breaker with a maximum current rating of 150 Amps for protecting the 20G21FD052JA0NNNNN motor control drive.
