The 20G21NC104JA0NNNNN drive is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 755TS motor control drive that is designed to work in virtually any industrial environment. It comes with several key features to optimize productivity and system uptime, including TotalFORCE control technology, DeviceLogix control technology, and TorqProve control technology. The 20G21NC104JA0NNNNN drive comes in a Size 5 frame and it operates at full power with 400 Volts AC of 3-phase AC operating voltage at 50 Hertz operating frequency, or with 540 Volts DC input voltage. A TotalFORCE auxiliary power supply card is also available for the drive, which allows it to continue functioning even when 3-phase AC voltage is cut off.  The drive also includes dynamic braking and multiple stop modes to prevent excess DC bus energy from flowing back to the mains. The 20G21NC104JA0NNNNNNN drive has standard corrosive gas protection, allowing it to be used in harsh operating conditions.

The Allen-Bradley 20G21NC104JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series motor control drive supports output power ratings of 55 kilowatts and 45 kilowatts for normal duty and heavy-duty applications, respectively. Its AC input features a precharging functionality as well as DC terminals. Its output current rating is 104 Amps with a normal duty load and 85 Amps with a heavy-duty load. The drive is shipped with an open-type (IP 00) enclosure but it can be converted to a flange-mounted drive by using an optional user-installed flange-mount adapter kit. The drive also has a dynamic braking transistor and EMC filtering. The 20G21NC104JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS drive includes numerous drive and motor protection features such as AC input overvoltage and undervoltage tripping, drive overcurrent tripping, line transients up to 6000 Volts peak, and a control logic noise immunity rating of up to 1500 Volts peak.
