The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 20G21ND040JA0NNNNN is a PowerFlex 755TS series low-voltage motor control driverated for 480 Volts AC (3-phase) or 650 Volts DC of input voltage. It is a conventional 6-pulse drive with expanded TotalFORCE control capabilities that can deliver superior motor control through accurate and dynamic regulation of the speed, torque, and position of a variety of motor types, including permanent magnet motors. It is intended to help maximize efficiency and reduce costs in a wide range of industrial manufacturing processes. This drive also comes in a small and compact design to save panel space and it is designed for seamless migration from earlier Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drives, which makes it easy to install. The 20G21ND040JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS drive supports multiple motor control modes, including an economizer motor control with additional energy-saving capabilities. The drive features option slots for feedback devices, safety option modules, auxiliary control devices, and I/O cards.

The 20G21ND040JA0NNNNN motor control drive is designed to control motors rated at up to 30 Horsepower in the normal duty mode and motors rated at up to 25 Horsepower in the heavy-duty mode. It comes in a frame size of Size 3, it has an open enclosure, it supports standard corrosive gas protection options, and it is cooled by a forced air-cooling system. An integral dynamic braking transistor is also installed on the 20G21ND040JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series low-voltage motor control drive by default. The drive dissipates a total of 629 Watts of heat during normal duty operations. It does not have a built-in HMI.
