The Allen-Bradley 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN drive is a motor control drive with advanced TotalFORCE control technology from the PowerFlex 755TS architecture-class drive series. The drive provides a high-performance, energy-efficient motor control option for general-purpose low-voltage applications that need a high degree of precision, a variety of safety features, a significant output rating, and to experience as little downtime as possible. The 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN drive is an indoor-rated, IP 00-rated drive designed for cabinet installations. It has a small Size 2 frame, “XT”-rated corrosive gas protection, and a forced-air cooling option for effective heat dissipation. This PowerFlex 755TS drive comes with a dynamic brake IGBT as a standard feature. For effortless process control and accurate speed and torque control, the 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN drive supports programmable scalar and vector motor control modes. Additionally, the drive can control induction motors, synchronous reluctance motors, and permanent magnet motors. The 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN drive features I/O channels and 5 additional option slots for hosting feedback, communication, additional I/O, and auxiliary power option cards.

The Allen-Bradley 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN PowerFlex 755TS series motor control drive can operate at 480 Volts AC input with a power supply frequency rating of 60 Hertz with +/-10% voltage tolerance and +/-5% frequency tolerance. It can also operate at 650 Volts DC input voltage. The 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN motor control drive has an operational current rating of 22 Amps for normal duty applications and a current rating of 14 Amps for heavy-duty applications. In the heavy-duty mode, the 20GE1ND022JA0NNNNN motor control drive supports an intermittent overload current limit of up to 180% of the drive's rated current, and in the normal duty mode, it supports an intermittent overload current limit of up to 150% of the drive's rated current. This drive is not equipped with an HMI module for programming.
