About 1391-T050ET

The 1391-T050ET servo controller is a 3-phase servo controller that is designed to regulate the speed and torque of a servo motor, including acceleration, deceleration, and the soft starting and stopping of the motor. Designed and distributed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation, this controller also provides different features in terms of connections, designs, and specifications to make it versatile and compatible with different industrial applications. The Allen-Bradley 1391-T050ET 3-phase servo controller must not be exposed to oil, dust, corrosive vapors, and temperatures that exceed 60 degrees Celsius during operations. It must be mounted in a vertical position, leaving 3 inches of clearance on each side so that it can release heat properly. 

The Allen-Bradley 1391-T050ET 3-phase servo controller comes with fault detection functions that help to minimize motor and system failures. These detection mechanisms consist of a thermal switch to detect excessive temperatures, a power fault mechanism, and overvoltage and undervoltage mechanisms that monitor the DC power bus voltage. These protection features help the controller to detect errors and react before these interrupt operations. The controller comes with a status indicator that helps the users to monitor the status of the controller. The Allen-Bradley 1391-T050ET 3-phase servo controller has different outputs. Each output serves a special purpose and they include the resolver signals output, velocity command inputs, signal common output, buffered output, adjustable current limit output, and a tachometer output. Note that by using this controller, the torque of the motor will not be affected by speed variances. The kVA rating of the controller is 10 kVA.
