The Allen-Bradley 1391-T100ET is an Isolation Transformer. This bulletin 1391 isolation transformer is designed to support bulletin 1391 controllers that must be supplied over it. These controllers must have three-phase 230 Volt AC and 35.5 Volt AC single-phase sources, which is exactly what this isolation transformer provides. All 1391 series controllers are very sensitive to a 35.5 Volt AC voltage transferred to their logic control board. The 1391-T100ET is 10.0 kVA rated. It can be connected to 240/380/415/480 Volt AC voltage at its input (primary) side. At its output (secondary) side you can connect up to four bulletin 1391 controllers because it has four 35.5 Volt AC C.T. windings available.

The Allen-Bradley 1391-T100ET offers a single-phase powering feature. It ensures efficient power delivery with galvanic isolation of the primary and secondary coils. It delivers power with reduced risk to output devices. They will not be affected by overcurrents and other potential failures. For protection purposes, this module is equipped with a thermal switch (connectors P1 and P2). It is a 115 Volt AC rated and it will be opened when the device reaches 185 degrees Celsius (± 5 degrees Celsius). The Allen-Bradley 1391-T100ET is shipped with dimensions of 12.00 inches (305 millimeters) x 12.50 inches (317 millimeters) x 16.00 inches (406 millimeters). The item weight is approximated at 140 pounds (63.6 kilograms). The transformer dissipation goes from 100 Watts at 20% of rated power output to 500 Watts at full rated power output. To achieve a NEMA Type 1 enclosure rating for this unit, a 1391-TA2 Transformer Enclosure Kit must be paired along with the transformer.
