|

The Allen-Bradley 1391B-ESAA45 AC Servo 1391 series servo controller operates with the highest current ratings that are available in the AC Servo 1391 series. Its continuous current rating is 45 Amps (RMS) and its peak current rating is 90 Amps (RMS). But even with its high current ratings, the 1391B-ESAA45 servo controller is the same compact size as the other AC Servo 1391 controllers. Its dimensions are 19 x 10.64 x 6.2 inches and its weight is about 34 pounds. The 1391B-ESAA45 servo controller is made to control servo motors from the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1326 series.

The 1391B-ESAA45 servo controller is a single-axis servo controller that has been fully designed to control servo motors in a closed-loop system. This servo controller has been designed, manufactured, and distributed by Allen-Bradley and it is part of the 1391B series of servo controllers. The Allen-Bradley 1391B-ESAA45 single-axis servo controller comes with components that are mounted in an open frame with a front cover. Due to its design, this servo controller can be installed in a panel and included into an enclosure that enables proper ventilation induced by fans blowing cool air directly from an air conditioner unit. Some of the functions included in the Allen-Bradley 1391B-ESAA45 single-axis servo controller are input protection against transients, an integral circuit breaker that covers the 3 AC lines in case of a short circuit condition in the whole system, and a shunt regulator that helps to dissipate the energy generated by the motor during regenerative braking.

The Allen-Bradley 1391B-ESAA45 single-axis servo controller is an extended speed rate controller with a speed rating of 300 Volts DC and a current rating of 90 Amps. This controller is intended to be used in clean environments that do not have extreme or harsh conditions that will affect the overall functioning of the controller or damage it. Knowing that this kind of device is highly affected by overheating and that when this servo controller is dissipating heat, this heat can make nearby surfaces extremely hot and cause injuries or damage, and this is one of the reasons why the cables and wirings for the servo controller and the nearby equipment should be chosen carefully so that they will not melt or warp.
