150-S251NUR

The 150-S251NUR controller is an SMC-50 series motor controller from Allen-Bradley. The 150-S251NUR controller comes with an internal bypass in an open enclosure. The input voltage and output current ratings for the 150-S251NUR controller are 200 to 690 Volts AC and 251 Amps, respectively.  The controller only works with three-phase input and at line frequencies of either 50 or 60 Hertz. Two integrated control I/Os are available on the 150-S251NUR controller, including two 24 Volts DC inputs and two relay outputs. The control voltage rating is 24 Volts DC. When connected to line-connectors motors at 500 Volts AC input voltage, the peak output power is 160 kilowatts, at 575 Volts AC input voltage, the peak output power is 250 Horsepower, and at 600 Volts AC input voltage, the peak output power is 250 Watts.

When used with Wye-Delta motors, at 500 Volts AC input voltage, the peak output power is 315 kilowatts and at 575 Volts AC input voltage, the peak output power is 400 Horsepower. The rated power dissipation for the controller is 93 Watts. For optimal performance, the recommended ambient temperature and humidity ranges are -20 to 50 degrees Celsius and 5 to 95%, respectively. The pollution degree rating for the 150-S251NUR controller is 2. The 150-S251NUR controller is only designed for mounting in a vertical orientation. The approximate dimensions of the controller are 965 x 762 x 355 millimeters. The controller configuration can be performed from a PC connected to the controller through either of the four DPI interfaces provided for serial communication.
