The Allen-Bradley 150-F135FHD is an SMC Flex controller compatible with Wye-Delta, or 6-lead motors and three-phase squirrel cage induction motors.  This controller features several modes of operation that users can choose from, and these are full voltage start, soft start with selectable kickstart, dual ramp start with selectable kickstart, current limit with selectable kickstart, soft stop, linear speed acceleration with selectable kickstart that requires a Tach feedback, and preset slow speed. The 150-F135FHD controller also has its own protective features, and these are overload, underload, overvoltage, undervoltage, ground fault, stall protection and detection, overtemperature, thermistor or PTC protection, excessive starts per hour, line faults, and open gate. The braking control of this controller consists of accu-stop, smart motor braking or SMC, and slow speed with braking.

Also featured on the 150-F135FHD controller is a 16-character LCD that comes with a backlight and serves to let the user identify the controller’s current parameters. For input, this controller makes use of the keypad that has 5 buttons present, specifically an enter key, a select key, and an escape key. Its controller rating at 460V AC is 100 HP and 135 A, while its input line voltage ranges from 200 to 208V AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz and the control voltage is 100 to 240V AC. At the rated voltage, it has a motor current that ranges from 34 to 135 A and a maximum HP rating of 40 HP at 60 Hz. It is recommended to use the 150-F135FHD controller at an altitude of not more than 2000 m and temperature of -5 to 40 °C. When keeping it in storage or transporting, make sure that the room temperature is between -20 to 75 °C.
