The open-type Allen-Bradley 150-F201NCR is an SMC Flex solid-state smart motor controller with a three-phase input line voltage of 200 to 575V AC at a 50 and 60 Hz line frequency. It also comes with a 201 A, 150 HP at 460V AC controller rating, as well as a 24V AC/DC control voltage. With a rated voltage of 500-575V AC, the 150-F201NCR controller has a 116 to 348 A motor current, 250 maximum kW at 50 Hz, and 300 maximum HP at 60 Hz. Ambient temperatures of this controller should be between -4 and 167 °F or between -20 and 75 °C if keeping it in storage and the temperature should be between 23 and 104 °F or between -5 and 50 °C when it is in operation and it should be placed in a location that has an altitude not exceeding 2000 m. Note that the 150-F201NCR controller is compatible with standard squirrel-cage induction motors and Wye-delta, six-lead motors.

 

Different start and stop modes are available for this controller and operators can choose from the current limit start, preset slow speed, dual ramp, soft stop, linear speed acceleration, full voltage, and soft start. Also present on the 150-F201NCR controller are 1 DPI port, a backlit LCD, 4 auxiliary contacts (fully programmable), status indicators, and a keypad input found at the front of the controller. Various faults can also be detected by this controller, such as phase reversal, excessive starts per hour, overvoltage, jam, underload, open gate, power loss, undervoltage, stall, overload, voltage unbalance, communication fault, controller temp, and line fault.
