The Allen-Bradley 150-F5NCDB SMC Flex Smart Motor Controller is a digital motor controller from the Bulletin 150 SMC Smart Motor Controller family that is designed to provide microprocessor-controlled starting for 3-phase squirrel-cage induction motors or Wye-Delta (6-lead) motors. This motor offers operators 8 standard operation modes that are the Soft Start, Selectable Kickstart, Current Limit Start, Dual Ramp Start, Full Voltage Start, Linear Speed Acceleration, Preset Slow Speed, and the Soft Stop modesĀ to select from, and it comes with advanced built-in features that provide and flexibility and ease of use. The 150-F5NCDB ControllerĀ has a 3-phase nominal input rating of 460 Volts AC and an operating voltage range of 200 to 575 Volts AC (at 50 to 60 Hertz). It has a maximum current rating of 5Ā Amps and a total power output of 3Ā Horsepower at 460 Volts AC.

The Allen-Bradley 150-F5NCDB Controller has a control circuit voltage rating of 100 to 240 Volts AC and a dielectric withstand rating of 1600 Volts (UL/CSA). The 150-F5NCDB Controller offers simplified programming via a built-in 3-lines andĀ 16-character LCD screenĀ which provides parameter identification via an easy-to-read text. It also comes with a 5-button front panel programming keypad that allows for the easy programming and entering of parameters. Like all SMC Flex controllers, the 150-F5NCDB Controller also comes with 4 fully programmable auxiliary contacts (Aux #1, Aux #2, Aux #3, and Aux #4) that can be programmed for either Normal, Up-to-Speed, External Bypass, Fault, Alarm, or Network operation.
