The Allen-Bradley 150-F60FCD is an enclosed, non-combination SMC Flex solid-state smart motor controller with a Type 4/12, IP65 enclosure rating, which users can use for Wye-Delta (6-lead) motors and 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors. This three-phase controller has controller ratings at 460V AC of 60 A and 40 HP, an input line voltage that ranges from 500 to 575V AC at frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz, and it has a control voltage ranging from 100 to 240V AC. At the rated voltage, the 150-F60FCD controller has a kW rating of a maximum of 37 at 50 Hz, an HP rating of a maximum of 50 at 60 Hz, and a motor current that ranges from 12 to 60 A. When using the controller, makes sure that the room temperature ranges from -5 to 40 °C and that it has an altitude of 2000 meters maximum. This controller is also equipped with a 3-line, 16-character LCD that is equipped with a backlight, a keypad made up of 5 buttons for input, a serial interface port, and 4 auxiliary contacts. Several modes of operation are available with the 150-F60FCD controller and these are selectable kickstart, full voltage start, linear speed acceleration, soft start, current limit start, linear speed acceleration, dual ramp start, and preset slow speed.
