The Allen-Bradley 150-FPP135B SMC Flex Series Power Pole is a B Series 3-phase power pole that is designed and manufactured for use with the Allen-Bradley SMC Flex Smart Motor Controllers and that is designed to provide digitally-controlled starting for 3-phase squirrel-cage induction motors in a wide range of industrial applications. This power pole is available as a replacement part for the 135 Amps rated SMC Flex motor controllers, and it is compatible with the 150-F135NBD, 150-F135NBR, 150-F135NBDB, 150-F135NBRB, 150-F135NBDD, and 150-F135NBRD SMC Flex controllers. The 150-FPP135B Power Pole is designed for a circuit with an operating voltage range of 200 to 460 Volts AC (3-phase) and a 100 Horsepower output rating. The 150-FPP135B Power Pole is ordered as an assembly comprising 2 fastening screws, an instruction sheet, and cables for connecting it to the control module. The 150-FPP135B  Power Pole has a modular design with a heatsink hockey puck thyristor, and it is installed close to the control module.

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 150 SMC Flex smart motor controllers each feature an integral bypass contact which provides smooth motor operation even after completely achieving the starting algorithm value, and they also feature built-in LCDs which provide easy parameter identification via clear and informative 3-line by 16-character text display screens. They come with built-in DPI communicating capabilities, and they can connect to the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 20 human-machine interface module and a variety of communication modules via a standard serial communication interface. The SMC Flex Smart Motor Controllers feature built-in protectin against electronic motor overloads, under-voltage, over-voltage, voltage unbalance, and stall situations and they also have jam detection. They offer 8 standard starting and stopping modes and optional pump and braking controls.
