The 150-A180NBDB controller is an SMC Plus controller and it is introduced through Bulletin 150 product line by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The unit is CE marked according to the low voltage directives in the 73/23/EEC and 93/83/EEC standards, and it is also CSA certified and UL listed. This unit has many great features like three operational modes and an energy saver. The 150-A180NBDB controller includes standard starting modes like the soft start with selectable kickstart, the current limit start, and the full voltage start. The included energy saver is a standard feature for every SMC Plus controller and it significantly reduces energy consumption in cases when the motor is lightly loaded or unloaded for an extended time period for certain applications. This built-in feature is simple and it does not require a complicated setup procedure, external wiring, or additional panel space.
