The 150-A360NBDA controller is an Allen-Bradley-Rockwell Automation controller that is typically used for providing a controlled starting functionality to industrial machines. The unit is part of the SMC Plus (Bulletin 150) series which offers a variety of controller models for different applications. The unit is made to be combined with standard three-phase induction motors that are squirrel-cage induction motors, and the controller can be used for resistive load control. The 150-A360NBDA controller comes with a built-in energy saver function which can reduce operating costs and it does not require any special setup procedures. The current limit start limits the maximum starting current with the adjustment of full load Amps in the range of 50 to 500%. The full voltage start function of the 150-A360NBDA controller is specifically used for across-the-line starting. The 150-A360NBDA controller has a rating that includes 360 Amps of current and 5 to 300 Horsepower of output power at 480 Volts AC. The controller has an open enclosure and it includes the soft stop option. The input line voltage is 200 to 480 Volts AC with three operating phases.
