The Allen-Bradley 100-CP1200 Main Contact Kit is a main contact replacement kit for the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-G series contactors. This replacement part belongs to the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100 Contactors series, and it is compatible with only the 1200 Amps rated (100-G1200) contactors. The Bulletin 100-G contractors provide reliable switching of motor loads of up to 1200 Amps and they also come with add-on neutral switching poles that provide maximum flexibility to meet a wide range of application requirements. The Bulletin 100-G  contactors feature mechanical latching and they support horizontal and vertical interlocking. This series also supports a variety of replacement accessories for upgrades and repairs. Accessories for this contactor series include auxiliary contact block assembly kits, fourth main contact pole kits, mechanical latch assemblies, mechanical interlock assemblies, arch chamber assemblies for contactors, coils and supply module assemblies, and main contact assemblies.

The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-G contractors have switching voltage ratings from 230 Volts AC to 690 Volts AC and power ratings from 315 kilowatts to 710 kilowatts. This series has a switching current rating from 550 Amps to 1200 Amps. The Allen-Bradley 100-CP1200 Main Contact Replacement Kit is a single-pole contact kit that is rated for 1200 Amps of current. It is supplied as an assembly consisting of a single-pole contact, fastening screws, and some instruction documents. The 100-CP1200 Main Contact Replacement Kit has a maximum rated IEC insulation voltage of 690 Volts and a maximum rated impulse voltage of up to 8,000 Volts. The 100-CP1200 Main Contact Kit has a rated switching DC voltage range from 24 Volts DC to 440 Volts DC and a 50 to 60 Hertz operating frequency range for the AC load.
