The Allen-Bradley 100-D210ED11 contactor is a Bulletin 100-D IEC series contactor. This contactor can support 63 kilowatts of output at 1000 Volts AC, 40 Horsepower of output at 200 and 230 Volts AC, 75 Horsepower of output at 460 Volts AC, and 100 Horsepower of output at 575 Volts AC. The Bulletin 100-D contactors support both electronic and convectional coils, come with integrated PLC interfaces, feature low power pick-up and hold-in functions, and they have a wide voltage range. Bulletin 100-D contactors are available with a wide range of accessories, are environmentally friendly, and have compact dimensions. The 100-D210ED11 contactor is a 3-pole contactor with one normally open contact and one normally closed contact. It has a built-in electronic coil and is designed for 3-phase voltage operation. The 100-D210ED11 contactor is a non-reversing contactor.
Several accessories can be ordered with the 100-D210ED11 contactor for custom applications. These include terminal lugs which are available as a set of 2 rated for the protection class IP2X, control circuit terminals which are available as a set of 2 and measure 2.5 square millimeters each, terminal covers rated for the IP 20 protection class which support direct on-line, reversing and 2-speed assemblies, mounting plates made of galvanized steel for starter combinations, and main contactors available in sets of 3. Allen-Bradley recommends that the 100-D210ED11 contactor have phase barriers put in place before operation. Allen-Bradley also recommends the disconnection of control voltage for reliable stopping. The 100-D210ED11 contactor should be protected from contaminants. A suitable enclosure should be used for this purpose. It should be disconnected from power before being put into operation or before being serviced.
