1100-DOD93

The 1100-DOD93 contactor is a vacuum contactor manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as a member of the Bulletin 1100 product series of industrial contactors. It comes with an open enclosure style and it operates on a coil voltage of 100 to 127 Volts at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. This device also comes with a maximum current of 610 Amp at a voltage rating of 1500 Volts AC, 3-phase. The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 1100 contactors, including the 1100-DOD93 vacuum contactor, are engineered for use with voltages above 600 Volts and for 1500 Volts maximum voltage. These contactors make use of vacuum bottles to enclose the power-switching contacts inside the contactor. Using this vacuum technology leads to effective arc extinguishing even at voltage levels above 600 Volts and it provides a durable and compact design.

When the operators add an optional insulating barrier to the Allen-Bradley 1100 Contactors, the non-reversing contactors with current ratings of 180 Amps, 350 Amps, 200 Amps, and 450 Amps can be used at up to 3300 Volts. These vacuum contactors are specially designed for use in applications including mining and pumping, and other applications which operate at voltages above 600 Volts in harsh environments. The 1100-DOD93 vacuum contactor is certified and listed for compliance with the CSA, and UL standards and certifications. Some of the notable accessories of Allen Bradley 1100-DOD93 vacuum contactor include auxiliary contacts that are arranged in a configuration with 2 normally closed (NC) and 2 normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts as the standard configuration. These auxiliary contacts can be field-added when the contactor has been installed.
