The Allen-Bradley 1326AB-B740E-21-K7 brushless AC servo motor, like other motors in the same series, was originally designed to be used in high-performance industrial motion control systems. Therefore, the 1326AB-B740E-21-K7 servo motor can be used with Allen-Bradley 1394 motion control systems. The servo motor has special flux profile permanent magnets that are engineered by Allen-Bradley to increase servo motor response. To ensure smooth operation even when the motor is running at low speeds, the 1326AB-B740E-21-K7 servo motor features a sinusoidal-wound stator that operates with 3-phase voltage. Since the 1326AB-B740E-21-K7 servo motor is prone to heat up during operation, it has an extruded aluminum housing for improved heat transfer. Also, to improve cooling and adequate heat dissipation in the operating environment, the servo motor should be operated in a well-ventilated area. To avoid injury, avoid touching the 1326AB-B740E-21-K7 servo motor with bare hands during operation.
