The Allen-Bradley 1326AB-C3E-11 motor is a Bulletin 1326 industrial servo motor. Its maximum rated motor speed is 3000 RPM. The 1326AB-C3E-11 servo motor can generate up to 10 kilowatts of output power. This motor can be mounted vertically with the shaft pointing either up or down. If the 1326AB-C3E-11 servo motor is installed with a shaft seal, it will be protected from large quantities of dust and water, even from water jets.

The Allen-Bradley 1326AB-C3E-11 medium inertia AC Servo Motor is designed to meet the most stringent requirements of use. This brushless motor is designed to work with a specific Servo Controller, namely the 1391 AC Controller. The 1326AB-C3E-11 is 21.94 inches (approximately 557 millimeters) long and 7.63 inches (7.93 millimeters) wide. The frame diameter of this motor is 7.63 inches (194 millimeters), and the motor itself weighs 140 pounds (63.50 kilograms). Housed in an Inch-Combination Face/Flange with Keyway, the 1326AB-C3E-11 can be mounted in a vertical position with the shaft up or down. The Shaft Seal option of the motor protects it against dust and water so that the motor will remain dry even under pulsating water jets. Thus, it is evident that this three-phase synchronous motor is engineered to operate in harsh environments.

The high-performance 1326AB-C3E-11 has a continuous torque capability of 35Nm, can achieve a rated motor speed of 3,000 RPM, and has a maximum operating speed of 3,000 RPM. The motor has a 10kW output and an increased servo response is enabled due to the specially designed flux profile permanent magnet. What makes this motor even more desirable is its cost-effectiveness achieved by using ferrite magnets. The motor comes without any onboard electronics, though velocity, position and commutation information is obtained through a brushless resolver. A three-phase stator, in which the coils are wound in a sinusoidal fashion, transfers heat from the motor to the ambient. Heat transfer is further improved by the aforementioned extruded aluminum housing. This Servo Motor comes with a disc-type Integral Holding Brake. The response time of the brake for pickup is 120 milliseconds, and 30 milliseconds for dropout. The brake can be used for emergency stop due to its limited braking torque and, as such, can keep the load stationary. In addition to this, there is also an indicator for thermal overload in the form of a closed thermal switch in the motor. The rugged design, improved frame, and magnetic structure add to the durability and high performance of the motor, which is designed for industrial use only,  namely automotive, packaging, metal forming or converting industry, to name only a few.
