The 1326AB-MOD-M50 Adapter Kit is a Feedback Mounting Adapter Kit for the 845H Encoders for the B5 seriesĀ Allen-Bradley 1326AB Motors. The 1326AB-MOD-M50 Adapter KitĀ can beĀ used to couple an 845H Encoder to 1326AB-B5xxx-21, -A5xxx-21 and -Bxx-xx series motors.Ā The feedback options for the motors are available with either high-resolution or resolver encoder devices. The high-resolution servo motors have either a single or multi-turn configuration andĀ EEProm that isĀ used to store motor configuration data. On every revolution, the single-turn configuration findsĀ an accurate machine position withinĀ 2,000,000 turns, while the multi-turn configuration offers actual absolute positions withinĀ multiple revolutions without batteries to avoid machine re-homing during power-up. The multi-turn configuration makes up to 1,000,000 counts of feedback on every revolution and 4,096 revolutions inĀ absolute positioning.
In the motor winding of the motor that the 1326AB-MOD-M50 Adapter Kit is attached to, a normally closed thermal circuit is rated at 115 VoltsĀ AC orĀ 24 Volts DC at 1 Amp. It also has 0.0127 millimetersĀ (0.0005 inches) of precision balance which is the total peak-to-peak displacement and a standard CEI/IEC 72-1 metric flange. The resolver (standard) motor feedback options generates 2048 pulses per revolution (PPR) in a quadrature encoder output. It is a rugged, brushless resolver offering precise position feedback and that does notĀ require on-board electronics. It can also hold off vibration, harsh shocks, and extreme operating temperatures. The 1326AB-MOD-M50 Adapter Kit has an aluminum housing to improve the transfer of heat, a hole on the shaft to secure couplings, and special permanent magnets engineered to boost servo response. The 1326AB motors are environmentally rugged and they haveĀ excellent servo response and high torque that contribute to application flexibility.
