TheĀ 1370 series field supply module that is known as theĀ 1370-FFE module is part of Series B of the power supply modules by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation which offers a wide range of features such as the calibration of speed feedback signals, DC gain adjustment, and adjustment of the speed loop response. Also, the 1370 module has fault indicators on the front with LED illumination that signals if the malfunction is resolved or not. The wiring and installation processĀ of the module areĀ simpleĀ and the module provides protection from overloading, phase loss, and field loss. The 1370-FFE module requires a 3-phase power supply and its AC line voltage rating is 230 Volts AC or 460 Volts AC. In addition to that, the armature power supply is the 3-phase/full wave/6 pulse type and the AC line frequency is 50 to 60 Hertz.

The line current of the 1370-FFE module has a maximum draw of 16 Amps RMS AC. The module has potentiometers and terminal blocks. The armature current limit range is 0 to 100% of the rated armature current for continuous operation and it is up to 150% for 1-minute current. The 1370-FFE module has an adjustable current limit of 0 to 150% of the rated adjustable current and it operates with DC motors with the NEMA power supply code ā€œCā€. The manufacturer suggests that the 1370-FFE moduleĀ operates at an ambient temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit). The maximum storage temperature isĀ 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Other ambient conditions include an operational altitude of 1000 meters (3300 feet) and a relative humidity level of 5 to 95% (non-condensing).
