The Allen-Bradley 1409-N4 arcing ground fault sensor module serves as 1 of the 2 components of the ground fault detection system which is used with motor starters or contactors. The main purpose of these kinds of systems is to interrupt low-level ground faults. The sensor is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and it is combined with an arcing ground fault relay. The 1409-N4 module is available through the Bulletin 1409 product line which offers several different models for various applications.
