Its mechanical lifespan is about 8000 operations and its electrical lifespan is about 6000 operations. The wattage rating of the disconnect switch is 48 Kilowatts at 220 to 240 Volts, 90 Kilowatts at 380 to 440 Volts, and 110 Kilowatts at 500 to 600 Volts. The 1494F-D200 Disconnect Switch is available in the NEMA Type 4X and NEMA Type 12 enclosures and in fusible and non-fusible types. The 1494F-D200 Fixed Depth Flange Mounted Disconnect Switch has a safety feature to provide an instant visual status update in a case the disconnect switch is de-energized.  In order to prevent accidental contacts with the load side of the switch, power fuses, and power wires, the switch unit comes with a separate protective fuse cover. It accommodates a huge variety of class H, J, R, and HRC II fuses. The 1494F-D200 Disconnect Switch can be used in most industrial environments with different handle types. Its safety features always connect the switch and handle, even when the door is open. It meets the UL, CSA, NEMA and ANSI standards to provide efficient operation. Auxiliary contacts, a short connecting rod, connecting lugs, and an electrical interlock are some of the accessories that come with this disconnect switch. During installation, make sure to attach the disconnect switch firmly to the enclosure mounting plate. This switch can be used for non-fusible applications.
