The 1494G-CF3N-203W-421 is a non-fusible disconnector switch or isolator that is used to de-energize whole circuits, transmission lines, and circuit breakers so that service or maintenance work can be performed safely. This equipment belongs to the 1494 series by Allen-Bradley. It is recommended to use the switch with compatible currents and equipment to avoid problems during operation. The Allen-Bradley 1494G-CF3N-203W-421 non-fusible disconnector switch has been designed with a Horsepower rating of 15 to 60 Horsepower that will depend on the voltage level that is applied. This voltage consists of an AC voltage rating of 600 Volts and a DC voltage rating of 250 Volts DC. The operating conditions of the switch include a humidity level of 90% at a steady temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a humidity level of 50% at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, an ambient temperature range of -30 to 40 degrees Celsius, and a maximum operating altitude of 2000 meters maximum.

The Allen-Bradley 1494G-CF3N-203W-421 non-fusible disconnector switch has a continuous current rating of 60 Amps and a 3R74/12 enclosure that is watertight and dust-tight. This enclosure, along with the whole structure of the switch, including the handle, is manufactured out of painted metal and it contains screw fasteners that keep it secure and safe. The Allen-Bradley 1494G-CF3N-203W-421 non-fusible disconnector switch includes copper contacts and as additional features, it includes two N.O. and two N.C. interlocks and a viewing window.
