The Allen-Bradley 1494V-DH611-A-D-E-F-G switch is a flange-mounted industrial disconnect switch. The 1494V-DH611-A-D-E-F-G switch, which is rated for a variety of industrial applications, is ideal for enclosures with flange designs that are up to 24 inches deep. In addition to this, the Allen-Bradley 1494V-DH611-A-D-E-F-G switch is configured with 3 poles and it has an AC rating of 600 Volts and a current range of 30 to 600 Amps. This switch has been designed to last for a long time with a lifetime rating of over 20,000 operations. In addition to this, the disconnect switch has a low profile, which reduces the panel space that it needs for installation and that it can be used as either a fusible or non-fusible switch in Classes H, J, and R. This is an integral switch with two opening mechanisms, which means that it is ideal for right-flange installation, as well as for left-flange installation.

The 1494V-DH611-A-D-E-F-G disconnect switch can be installed easily because it has external mounting holes which are easy to see. These holes also allow for faster installation, and the users do not need any special tools to install the switch. Moreover, the 1494V-DH611-A-D-E-F-G switch comes with easy-to-use templates, which significantly cut down the panel layout time. Also, this switch is NFPA 79 compliant, and the switch, handle, and mechanism remain connected, even if the door is open. This is a safer switch solution for users because the switch comes with visible blades, a line-side shield where the power is usually present, color-coded handles that provide visual status updates, and protective covers for the load wires and fuses. Lastly, there is channel support for the switch, and this is used to prevent the operating handle mounting surface from bending. This feature is ideal when the handle is fixed on a series of multi-door enclosures.
