The 1792D-8BIO8E module is a stand-alone 24 Volts DC I/O module. The 1792D-8BIO8E module supports the DeviceNet network and it comes with 16 channels. The channels are broken down into 8 input channels and 8 output channels. The input channels feature 24 Volts DC sinking voltage, while the outputs are self-protected 24 Volts DC outputs providing a maximum of 0.3 Amps of current each. The connector features a single input and a single output. The unit's output power is obtained internally from the DeviceNet power. The inputs and the outputs provide the users with short-circuit protection with notifications on the block level. The local logic control is added to the 1792D-8BIO8E module. The 1792D-8BIO8E module has been manufactured and tested to meet the Council Directive 89/336/EEC Standard for electromagnetic compatibility.



 



The 1792D-8BIO8E module also meets the EN 50081-1 EMC Generic Emission Standard (Part 2) for industrial environments and the EN 50082-2EMC Generic Immunity Standard.
