The Allen-Bradley 194E-CA63 switch is a disconnect switch that can be chosen from the 194E enclosed switches product line. It comes with a 194R handle. This switch and the whole series have been manufactured and designed by Allen-Bradley and it is meant to be used with different equipment such as motors, inductive loads, solenoids, and relays in order to provide a switching mechanism. This switch is capable of stopping any kind of electrical flow or activity for a determined period of time, and this function must be activated by the users through the physical handle of the switch. The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 194E-CA63 disconnect switch comes with an IP 66 rated enclosure that is equivalent to a NEMA 4/4X rated enclosure. This enclosure provides sufficient protection against the entrance of solid particles and against contact with high levels of water and other liquids. This enclosure makes the switch able to operate in different environments, although the recommended environment is an indoor environment.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 194E-CA63 disconnect switch comes with a black and grey handle. This handle is a 194R handle that comes with an optional padlockable version. With this handle, the operators can activate or deactivate the switch. This switch has a height of 190.5 millimeters, a width of 125.5 millimeters, and a depth of 186.9 millimeters, and it has a mechanical service life of approximately 200,000 cycles.  The Allen-BradleyRockwell Automation 194E-CA63 disconnect switch operates with a voltage rating of 600 Volts AC and a switch current rating of 63 Amps. It comes with 3 poles by default. The housing of the disconnect switch has a light gray color and the thermal current rating goes up to 75 Amps.
