The 194R-FJ030P3 disconnect switch is a UL enclosed disconnect switch that has been made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This fusible rotary disconnect switch has UL/CSA ratings and a 30 Amps current rating and a Class J fuse type. Some of the accessories of this disconnect switch include a terminal shield, bolt kits, and line and load lugs. It has a front-mounted or side-mounted external operator, a double break design for isolation purposes, and an IP 20 protection level. It is rated for an ambient temperature range of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius for open configuration. This enclosed disconnect switch is one of the most common kinds of equipment in industrial facilities. It does not have an integral fuse option and it provides no circuit protection.

The 194R-FJ030P3 enclosed rotary disconnect switch contains factory assembled contacts, a DIN Rail, an enclosure, and a switch handle. The maximum Horsepower ratings of the rotary disconnect switch are 2 Horsepower at 115 Volts and 3 Horsepower at 230 Volts in single-phase applications, and they are 7.5 Horsepower at 200 Volts, 7.5 Horsepower at 230 Volts, 15 Horsepower at 460 Volts, and 20 Horsepower at 575 Volts in 3-phase applications. During the installation of the fuse, make sure not to insert fuse carriers into non-fused switches. The certification must be received after the installation of the rotary disconnect switches in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The 194R-FJ030P3 J fuse UL enclosed disconnect switch meets the UL98 and UL508 standards to ensure the extensive safety of the device. It is used extensively in high-voltage power systems to isolate important equipment. Its lockable safety feature enhances its performance, especially in the motor control applications.
