The Allen-Bradley 194R-FN200P3 disconnect switch is a dust-tight, non- fused disconnect switch that belongs to the Bulletin 194R product line of disconnect switches. This disconnect switch meets the IEC 60947-3 low voltage switchgear and control gear standards to ensure the reliability of the device in different industries. The 194R-FN200P3 disconnect switch comes with Horsepower ratings of 25 Horsepower at 230 Volts for single-phase applications and 50 Horsepower at 200 Volts, 60 Horsepower at 230 Volts, 125 Horsepower at 460 Volts, and 150 Horsepower at 575 Volts for 3-phase application. The 194R-FN200P3 rotary disconnect switch is rated for an ambient temperature range of -40 to 65 degrees Celsius for storage purposes.

The 194R-FN200P3 non-fusible rotary disconnect switch has 200 Amps of current rating and a 10,000-operation mechanical lifespan. It has a high resistance to humidity. Some of the accessories of this disconnect switch include a terminal shield, bolt kits, and line and load lugs. It has a compact design and a 3 or 4 pole version. The disconnect switch handle has 2 operating positions, the "ON" position and the "OFF" position. Fuses must be selected with regard to the maximum prospective fault current of the system and the maximum cutoff current of the fuse. All the testing of this rotary disconnect switch must be performed per the manufacturer’s standards. This rotary disconnect switch can be used with feeder circuits, transmission line terminals, and circuit breakers to isolate important equipment.
